Providing feedback

As a beta user, you play a vital role in shaping the foundation of the new editor and offering valuable feedback to help steer its future development. We appreciate the time you've dedicated to exploring these new features and the effort you put into reporting any unexpected behavior to our team.
Please avoid using the regular Bubble bug report form for any unexpected behavior you encounter during the beta phase. Instead, follow the instructions below to ensure your feedback reaches the appropriate team efficiently.
When you open up an editor with the native mobile app beta features enabled, you will see a message in the bottom right corner of the editor:
When you click Got it, the main text message will be closed, but the blue Feedback button near the right edge of the screen will remain in place.
If you are not seeing the elements in the screenshot above, please make sure:
That the native mobile editor has been enabled
That you are not using and ad blockers or script blockers that may be interfering with the form.
Clicking the blue Feedback button will reveal a form where you can submit information about the unexpected behavior you are experiencing.
Include a brief, descriptive title. It doesn’t need to go into full detail, but think of it like the subject line of an email: a clear and specific title helps our engineers quickly categorize, locate, and follow up on your submission.
In this field, please describe the unexpected behavior in as much detail as possible. Please include the following:
The steps that reliably reproduce the unexpected behavior
The type of element, action, or property involved
Expected vs. actual behavior:
What behavior did you expect based on your setup?
How did the actual behavior or appearance differ from those expectations?
The feedback form comes with built-in tools for capturing screenshots and recordings.
Screenshots: screenshots allow you to add comments, pen drawings and arrows to highlight the important parts of your submission.
Video: videos can capture the tab or window you are working in. Pick window to be able to switch between the editor and the app preview. The video will record mouse movement.
Just like submission comments, videos and screenshots can be highly useful for our engineers to be able to identify the unexpected behavior.
Finally, clicking the Submit button will send the form data along with any attachments. Please keep the browser tab open until you see the confirmation message. Additionally, you will receive confirmation that your report has been submitted in both the chatbot and to the email provided. Our team will review your report and reach out promptly.
