Billing and Payment Guideline for Dedicated Instances
If any information in these billing and payment guidelines conflicts with Bubble’s Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall take precedence and govern all billing and payment obligations. Please refer to the Terms of Service for the definitive terms regarding your account and payment responsibilities.
To ensure a smooth and timely payment process, please review these Billing and Payment Guidelines (“Guidelines”). Adhering to these Guidelines will help prevent delays and inadvertent penalties. Please contact your Bubble account contact with any questions or concerns.
Updated Customer Billing Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details in accordance with our Terms of Service. Please notify your Bubble account contact as soon as possible if:
Your billing details (company name and address) differ from the “Bill to” information outlined on your Order Form. If applicable, sales tax will be applied to your invoice based on your billing address.
You need to add, change, or remove any email addresses designated to receive invoices. By default, the “Main contact” on your Order Form will be the sole invoice recipient.
Please communicate any accounts payable invoicing requirements to your Bubble account contact prior to your Services Start Date.
Payment Methods and Accepted Currencies
Payments must be made in USD only. Please verify with your bank that payments are sent in the correct currency.
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank Transfer
ACH transfer
Credit card
Bubble uses Stripe to handle payments. Stripe assigns a unique, virtual bank account (VBAN) to your customer profile when transfers are enabled on your account. VBAN details for transfers are available on your invoice (example).
Bank Fees & Customer Responsibility
Any bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs incurred during payment must be covered by you. Please confirm with your bank that the full invoiced amount will be received by Bubble. Failure to cover these fees may result in a balance due and additional processing delays.
Invoice Due Dates and Late Payment Policies
Payment terms are outlined on your Order Form and due dates are listed on your invoice. Invoice due dates are calculated by adding the agreed-upon net terms in your Order Form to the invoice date (example).
If you anticipate a delay in payment, please notify your Bubble account contact as soon as possible.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and as outlined in your Order Form and/or Bubble’s Terms of Service, late payments may be subject to:
Interest and/or late fees
Service suspension or cancellation
Any other remedy available to Bubble at law or in equity
